It is a great, classy place with friendly residents and its right in the middle of everything that Town Center has to offer. What more could you ask for?

the customer service is tops, the living space is elegant and management cares about you.

The staff is very friendly and responsive. I feel secure in the building, never have any problems with the neighbors. The social activities ROCK!!!

I think The Cosmopolitan is a great place to live with amazing local restaurants and shopping. You have very friendly and accommodating staff that are always willing to go the extra mile for you:)

In the middle of the best the Beach has to offer except for the beach. Lots of nightlife, interesting neighbors and convenient to all of Hampton Roads

Secure access bulilding with covered garage parking, wonderful staff, after hours door man, pool, patio deck with outdoor gas grill, club house. Great location with quick access to interstate, bus route and maybe one the city will get onboard with Light Rail.

I would tell them that I feel very secure living here. Neighbors are friendly, courteous and very respectful. The staff is very responsive to my requests and are always kind and willing to help. There is always something going on, either there are events planned by the staff or Towne Center happenings. I love the convenience of walking everywhere. The only thing that is missing is the Trader Joe's at my doorstep. I feel like I could live here for a very long time.
